Spanish. And this resort is paradise, indeed, with its dazzling infinity pools
and open-air lobby. A butler is assigned to each suite to coordinate spa
treatments, recommend where to eat, arrange car rentals, set up laptops, and
generally prevent guests from lifting a finger (we dare you to try to adjust
your own beach chair or fetch your own margarita). This resort takes the
business of love seriously, so seriously that it even has its own romance
director who specializes in unforgettable moments: crafting love letters,
booking a musician to serenade your partner, and even providing a white
stallion to carry you and yours off into the sunset.
And just when you thought
it couldn’t get any better, Las Ventanas recently opened the Ty Warner Mansion,
a sprawling 28,000-square-foot villa designed by Robert Couturier that cost $18
