Built in
2014 by the British experts at Princess Yachts International, Solaris is a
gorgeous 40m (131-foot) superyacht that can be chartered in the West Mediterranean
courtesy of Imperial Yachts.
The vessel’s stunning exterior was sketched out by
Princess Yachts, while its sumptuous interiors were penned down by Mark
Berryman. Still, it’s also worth noting that Solaris’ owners had a key role to
play as far as interior customizations go, which means that they worked closely
with the British designer in order to make sure that everything is just right.
Some of the
most important areas within the yacht include a superb saloon as well as a
spacious dining area that features a Macassar ebony table. Should the owners
wish to burn a few calories in order to keep in shape, they can always to so at
the fully equipped gymnasium. Outside, there’s a sundeck that flaunts a
wet bar, a spa bath, lounging spaces and a twin barbecue area.
Thanks to
its ingenious design, Solaris is able to house quite a few water toys such as
an anti-jellyfish Floating Pool, a wake board, water-skis, an F7 Seabob, a pair
of F5 Seabobs, wetsuits, snorkeling gear, diving gear and a Williams Tender Jet
Drive that measures 5,80m (19.6 feet).
There’s
plenty of room for 12 guests on board within six lavishly appointed cabins. The
twin cabins and double cabins are quite impressive in their own way but the VIP
suite and the owner’s suite definitely steal the spotlight. Just like all other
Princess M-Class vessels, Solaris boasts tall glass sections along its sides
that can be used to admire majestic panoramas of the ocean.
