Everyone
knows that New York is one of the world’s most beautiful, affluent and important
cities, and it looks like that’s not about to change anytime soon.
By 2015,
those who are fortunate enough to have millions of dollars in their bank
accounts will be able to take up residence within the fabulous 423 Park Avenue
skyscraper. This massive building flaunts 96 stories, and it is the tallest
residential building in New York City.
It measures
1,396 feet in height (425m) and includes a generous selection of 104 apartments, all
featuring price tags that range between $17 million (Euro 14.695.500) and $95 million (Euro 82.122.300). The crown jewel is
the penthouse found at the top floor, which boasts mind-bogglingly luxurious
living conditions as well as breathtaking views of New York. It offers 8,255
square feet (767sqm) of living space and incorporates 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 powder
rooms, a dining room, a library, an eat-in kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace
and an elevator.
The
building was penned down by Rafael Viñoly Architects, while the apartments were
designed by Deborah Berke.
