For sports cars lover’s greatest pleasure, Aston Martin
concludes a new partnership with Italian house Zagato, with which the British
House give birth to absolutely unique models.
With more than 50 years of
collaboration, the two houses revealed in May 2016 their new GT Sport: Aston
Martin Vanquish Zagato coupe limited edition.
THE ALLIANCE OF TWO SKILLS
Only 99 lucky owners will be able to possess an Aston Martin
Vanquish Zagato, 5th supercar from the alliance of two houses of exception. In
this new model, you can find all Aston Martin refinement mixed with Zagato’s
unique design. If you want to find a reference, you should know that the first
model created by the two houses, the DB4 GT Zagato is now estimated at 10
millions of pounds!
Then Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato reminds us the typical
Aston Martin proportions, but with a new carbon-fibre body. As for the new
headlights and reflector, they directly evoque Zagato typical rear profile, on
which was added Aston Martin Vulcan’s LED technology. The rear side has the
same aerodynamic characteristics as the Aston Martin DB11 but this time with
new retractable spoilers and an easier access to the luggage compartment.
With its clearly aggressive silhouette, Aston Martin
Vanquish Zagato features the iconic “double bubble” roof that gives the car
unparalleled look. Two distinctive and yet complementary identities, revealed
again in the cockpit and under the bonnet.
AN EXCLUSIVE GT
New chapter in the two houses’ history, Aston Martin
Vanquish Zagato is showcased as a truly sport car. Under the bonnet you will
find a 6.0L V12 that can achieve 0-100km/h in only 3.5 seconds. The unique
suspensions will let you live an unequalled driving experience, as with each
Zagato supercar.
Inside the Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato, all Aston Martin
craftsmanship and sense of detail are really striking. The use of carbon fibre
associated to shadow bronze and aniline leather reveals an undisputable quality
of materials. As for the other renowned house, it hasn’t been forgotten thanks
to the “Z” stitched on seats, doors and also headrests and centre console.
All buyers who wish to own this unique and absolutely
remarkable supercar, will have to wait for Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato first
deliveries in the first quarter of 2017.
