Located in the far south of Brazil, the hotel is around an hour’s drive from Florianopolis. With far-reaching views across a bay of emerald-green waters and forested mountains beyond, this secluded hotel is ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat.
The contemporary bungalows are nestled on a wooded hillside above a small, but perfectly formed, white sand beach. Mountains rear up behind the resort to add a sense of scale. As there are only 25 rooms, the atmosphere is exclusive and private, and you can enjoy the natural surroundings from your room. All rooms have sea views, their own hot tub or infinity pool on a private veranda, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and a fireplace.
If you’re feeling adventurous, there are plenty of activities for you to enjoy, including kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, yoga, tennis, hiking trails, and snorkelling, to name a few. For an extra charge, you can go scuba diving or deep-sea fishing. The hotel is situated around a small, sheltered bay, making it the perfect spot for swimming or simply relaxing on the beach. There’s also an indoor swimming pool, and the spa offers an excellent choice of relaxing and therapeutic treatments. There are three massage tents at the very end of the resort’s peninsula, providing total privacy.
With no fixed serving time, breakfast can be enjoyed at any time. Additionally, every Sunday and Wednesday, a seafood grill serves locally caught, fresh fish. Special dinners can be arranged on the beach, and one couple per night can reserve the private island just offshore for an exclusive dinner.
