Rooms are spacious with comfortable lounging areas on the decks and in the rooms.  Each treehouse has an outdoor shower, bath, and double basin.

At Lake Manyara Tree Lodge in Tanzania, the main guest areas are intimate and cozy yet seat 20 people comfortably. There is a craft shop featuring signature community craftwork, a pool, and a forest boma dining area where delicious dinners are prepared. Dinners are also offered on guests’ private decks or in the sala. Breakfasts, picnic lunches, and sundowners can be enjoyed at the lakeshore, and lunches can be taken on private decks nestled in the mahogany forest.

Stretching for 31 miles along the base of the rusty gold 656-yard high Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara is a scenic gem, with a setting extolled by Ernest Hemingway as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa”.
